DELIVERY RATES

Due to the fragile nature of our products, we only ship via door-to-door either by our in-house couriers or external couriers.

All deliveries require signature upon receipt, if you would like to allocate for ‘Authority To Leave’, please let us know in writing at the time of placing your order. Unfortunately, we are unable to deliver to P.O Boxes and Parcel Lockers as all deliveries need to be signed for. Most orders will ship out within 1-3 business days upon confirmation of ordering and an e-mail containing the tracking number will be sent. (External Courier) Our SCRAFTT personnels will get in touch with you via email before shipping. (In-House Courier) Items will generally reach you within 3 working days.

REDELIVERY

Delivery time is not inclusive of verification and administrative process.

In the event that the package is returned to us due to the customer's error in indicating the incorrect and/or insufficient address, a re-delivery fee of $8 will be charged and be payable by the customer. While we will do all we can to ensure your order is delivered on time, SCRAFTT cannot be held responsible for conditions beyond our control such as delays, damaged and lost packages caused during delivery.
